‣ Package pricing includes: shooting and editing/retouching. Photos are high quality ready for Amazon/Ecommerce usage in JPG format, size 3000X3000px. If you want other formats (PNG/PSD/TIFF/RAW) or other sizes, you must notify us before shooting. Otherwise, extra cost may incur.
‣ Additional charges: props fee, food and food preparation fee, model fee, MUA fee, location fee, assembling fee may be added if necessary. Also for special products, extra handling fee will be charged. This may include jewelry and watch, ghost mannequin photos, large/heavy products (products with 1 meter or longer on one side; OR 10kg or more in weight), multi-items products (one product kit with more than 2 items).
‣ Revision: the pricing includes 1 free revision. Should the client asks for additional revisions, additional cost may incur based on the actual requirement.
‣ Lead time: standard lead time will be 5 -10 days, but it can be adjusted based on your needs and our workload.
‣ Custom package: if none of our standard packages can meet your needs, please contact us for a customized quote for your own package.
‣ Volume discount: if the client sends us 2 or more products in ONE order, we are happy to offer a discount.
‣ VIP discount: VIP discount is only offered to long term customers and can be negotiated case by case.
